We have made some improvements to our popular theme Swedish Greys and they have been approved at WordPress.org

Swedish Greys version 1.0

Some changes/improvements to the CSS.
Post Meta now managed through shortcodes in Theme Options.
Display Post navigation above and below posts now managed via Theme Options.
Fixed typo for default layout (layout-2c-r-fixed to 2c-r-fixed) in Theme Options.
Added Russian & Romanian translation.
Featured image on blog page now linked to post.

We´ve also made some changes to the column classes so if you choose to add 2 or more columns to a page it will flow better throughout the page.

We are receiving lots of questions and comments on our theme Swedish Greys whcih we think is great. But to make things a bit smoother we opened a forum where you can post your questions about the theme.

Among other things we are working on a release of Swedish Greys Business which will have more features than Swedish Greys.

Create a child theme

If you want to modify your Nordic Themepark-theme we strongly recommend you to do these changes in a child theme. Creating a child theme is easy and your changes won’t be lost in a theme update.

In our theme documentation you will find a short guide on how to set up your on child theme.

Releasing Swedish Greys

We are very proud to announce that our first WordPress theme are now live.

It´s called Swedish Greys and to celebrate the opening of Nordic Themepark we are giving away the first version of Swedish Greys for free. The theme has been approved by WordPress.org and you can download your copy here.

Talented Sara Gooding got a head start even over us and gave us a nice review over at wpmu.org.

It´s getting late here up north and time to call it a day. We will be back shortly with a full documentation of Swedish Greys and a Pro version of the theme with lots of more features added in the near future.

We are releasing our first free WordPress theme and would appreciate a wider audience than just the one among us Swedes. Therefore we started Nordic Themepark where we will write mainly in English.
